If you cannot access your MT4/MT5 account, please first make sure you are using the correct live/demo account ID and the correspondent server of the account you would like to use. In order to find these details, please login to your BDSTrading account through our website. Under Accounts, you can see the account number and server that you should use in order to access the account. Please make sure to use the exact same server you see on your Dashboard under the account you wish to use. The password is the same you use to access your BDSTrading profile.
